Creative Dashboard · Effective October 30, 2026
Who we are
Creative Dashboard is a private internal tool operated by Alvo Studios ("we"). It is for internal use only, by the owner and a small number of authorized team members. It is not offered to the public.
Google user data we access
When the owner connects a Google account, the tool asks for one permission: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file. With it, the tool can:
- create folders and files in the connected Google Drive;
- view and update only the files and folders that the tool itself created. It cannot see, read or change any other file in the account;
- read the email address and display name of the connected Google account, to show which account is connected.
How we use it
Only to save the tool's own output to Google Drive, update those files, and show a link to the folder. We do not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or any other purpose.
Where it is stored
The authorization token that lets the tool reach Google Drive is stored in a protected file on the owner's own computer. We do not store Google user data on any other server. The files themselves live in the owner's Google Drive.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, share or transfer Google user data to third parties, and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models. The owner may share the output folder with team members using Google Drive's normal sharing controls. No one else has access to the connection itself.
Limited Use
Creative Dashboard's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Other information
Team members sign in with their email address through Cloudflare Access, which processes the address to verify the login. The tool keeps operational logs on the owner's computer.
Retention and deletion
The owner can disconnect Google Drive at any time inside the tool, or remove its access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Doing so deletes the stored token. Files already saved to Google Drive stay there until the owner deletes them.
